Chain hoists are categorized into two types: manual chain block and lever hoists. In order to ensure the safe use of the product, its load capacity, tensile capacity, etc. need to be strictly tested, the general suppliers are used 2.5 times the test load, to check the overall performance and breaking tension.
The main standards adopted are (Chinese machinery industry standard) JB560.1-4HS “Hand chain hoist type parameters, dimensions, acceptance of the general rules, technical conditions, safety specifications”, JB3682HSS “wire rope hoist”, JB3928.1-2HSH “Ratchet Chain Lever Hoist basic parameters and dimensions, technical conditions”; international standards have JISB8802-81 “hand chain fall Hoist” and so on.
(1) No-load test: When there is no load, trigger the forward lever and reverse lever three times, observe the working condition of the mechanism, and there should be no jamming phenomenon.
(2) Rated load test: test on a special test bench, the wrenching force and handle reciprocation once the wire rope stroke should be in line with the standard requirements.
(3) Dynamic load test: tested on a special test bench, loaded with 1.1 times the rated load, rising, falling each time, each time the wire rope moving distance shall not be less than 200mm, the whole machine should work smoothly and reliably.
(4) Static load test: on the special test bench, gradually loaded to 1.5 times the rated load, stay 10min, clamps, clamping plate shall not have a permanent deformation affecting the use of performance.
(5) Hook test:
① in the material testing machine, through the center of the hook cavity gradually loaded to 2 times the rated load, stay 1min after unloading, check the hook of the hook mouth deformation, shall not exceed 0.25%;.
② in the material testing machine, through the center of the hook cavity gradually loaded to 4 times the rated load, the hook should be able to reliably support 1min.
(6) Reliability test: under the rated load, continuously reciprocate the forward and reverse rods, so that the wire rope back and forth cumulative travel of not less than 120m (can be divided into four times, but each time, but each time the cumulative travel of the wire rope for 30m, each time between the time interval does not exceed 1h. test is not allowed to replace the wire rope). There shall be no anomalies in the parts of the pulling hoist.
(7) Appearance quality inspection: the surface of the hook shall be smooth and clean, and there shall be no burrs, cracks, folds and local defects that reduce strength; no welding is allowed on the hook. The surface of clamping plate should be straight without burr. The end of the wire rope shall be rounded and shall not be loose. The whole rope is not allowed to have knots, bumps and twists. The riveting of the parts should be firm, and the riveted head should not have defects such as flying edges, cracks and scratches. The painted parts should be even and bright in color. There shall be no stains, bubbles, shrinkage, peeling and roughness inequality.
