Description
G100 and G80 lifting chains are two common grades we produce, there are different specifications and models to choose from, such as a large range from φ3.2*9mm~φ32*116mm, and the load capacity is 0.3 tons~31.5 tons. The chain meets the ISO3076 standard, and the breaking strength ≥ 800Mpa, and can be treated differently according to the use requirements.

Electrophoresis surface treatment features
The lifting chain is immersed in an aqueous solution of electrophoretic paint containing blue pigments. Under the action of the direct current electric field, components such as resins and pigments in the electrophoretic paint move towards the surface of the chain and deposit on its surface to form a uniform coating.
Good anti-corrosion properties
Effectively isolate the lifting chain from the external corrosive media, such as air, moisture and chemicals, and slow down the rust and corrosion process of the chain. For example, in some humid port environments, a lifting chain treated with blue electrophoresis can last several times longer than an untreated chain.
The appearance is uniform and beautiful
Not only does this uniform coating provide good decoration, but the blue appearance also makes the lifting chain easy to identify and distinguish. Compared with the traditional spraying process, the thickness of the electrophoretic coating is more uniform, and there is no local over-thickness or over-thinness.
Higher adhesion
The electrophoretic paint is combined with the metal on the surface of the lifting chain through chemical bonding and other methods, and has strong adhesion. In hoisting operations, the coating is not easy to fall off even if it is subjected to external forces such as stretching and bending. This is important to ensure the long-term protection and aesthetic integrity of the chain.
