Installation needs to adjust the gap between the I-beam and the runner wheel, which can ensure the smooth operation of the electric hoist with trolley. Gap width adjustment method:

2. Dimension “A” is the measured value when the two side plates are fully stretched outward.
Dimension “A” must be approximately the width of the track flange (B) +4mm.

5. Adjust the number of washers by inserting the cotter pins into the axial limit pins after obtaining dimension “A”.
6. Make sure to bend the two forks of the cotter pin.
7. Always keep the nut securely fastened, insert the cotter pin and bend it completely.

1. Wheel slipping, this kind of failure is easy to lead to unstable operation or lifting to produce shaking and so on, we can check the I-beam and other track surface whether there are foreign objects, oil or other liquids and so on.
2. Wheel overhang: it may be caused by the irregularity of the steel beam, i.e. the lower flange of the wheel of the traveling car. There will be poor assembly precision, four wheels may only three or two can land. This will need to check the degree of deformation of the steel section and whether the installation nut adjustment is accurate.
