High-Strength Alloy Steel (High-Strength Alloy Steel)
Material composition: 20CrMo alloy steel (corresponding to international standard ISO 683-11), containing chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) elements, significantly improving tensile strength and wear resistance.
Heat treatment process: through quenching + tempering (Q&T) double treatment, the hardness reaches HRC 45-50, while maintaining toughness to avoid the risk of low temperature brittle fracture.
Surface treatment: red epoxy coating (Epoxy Coating) provides rust protection and passes ISO 9227 salt spray test to withstand corrosive environments for more than 2000 hours.
Safety Snap Design (Locking Latch Mechanism)
Dual insurance structure: spring loaded snap + manual locking bolt to prevent accidental opening of hook due to vibration or tilting during lifting.
Convenient operation: opening and closing can be done with one hand, suitable for glove operation, and conforms to EN 1677-1 ergonomics standard.
Anti-decoupling design: Compared with traditional open hooks, the snap structure reduces the probability of accidental decoupling by 90%.
Lubrication-free bearings: The snap swivel is lubricated with self-lubricating copper alloy bushings, which reduces the frequency of routine maintenance.

Chain: Usually used with G80 alloy steel chain to lift various types of items.
Sling: It can be connected with wire rope sleeve and other slings to meet different lifting needs.
