Description
Ratchet Tie Down Truck Cargo Belt, including straps and hooks, are available in lengths from 30 - 50 inches. This range of lengths is adequate for most truckload lashing scenarios, such as lashing construction materials or agricultural machinery on large flatbed trucks, where the operator can stand in the right position for the lashing operation. The webbing is usually made of high-strength polyester fiber. This material has high tensile strength, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. In Australia's climatic conditions (including hot desert climates and humid coastal climates), lashing belts are able to maintain good performance over a long period of time and will not deteriorate quickly due to exposure to sunlight or humidity.
Breaking force: 2500kg/5000kg
Lashing belt width: 50mm
Lashing belt thickness: 2.2mm
Material: Polyester
Length: 10m (customized)
Swan Hook Characteristics
Shaped to resemble the curved neck of a swan, they are designed to be easily hooked to various fixing points in the wagon compartment, such as anchor points, railings or specialized cargo securing rings. These hooks usually have a large opening to facilitate the attachment operation of the webbing to the hook and the opening is specially treated to prevent the webbing from accidentally falling off during transportation.
Carrying capacity: Swan hooks have a high carrying capacity by Australian standards, with individual hooks rated at around 3 - 5 tons, depending on manufacturing standards and quality levels. This allows it to be used to tie down heavier loads, such as large metal tubes, bundles of timber, and so on.

Differences between the Australian Standard and other product standards
Different implementation standards, National Standard No.: GB/T 23914.2-2009, European Standard No.: EN12195-2:2001, American Standard No.: Not available, Australian Standard No.: AS/NZS4380:2001
Color requirements: Most of the national standard for orange/yellow/blue, hook requirements for most of the double J hooks; European standard color is basically the same as the domestic; the American standard requires webbing for yellow, metal hooks for E buckle, RTJ hooks, plate hooks, rotary hooks, etc.; Australian standard webbing color is similar to the national standard, hooks for Swan Hook requirements, and webbing requirements plus sheath;
Tensile requirements: the national standard requirements for 2 inch break for 5 tons, webbing, hooks, metal handle are 5 tons of strength, the European standard metal handle and hook requirements and the national standard is similar to the requirements of the 1-inch break for 0.8 tons and 1.5 tons, 1.5-inch break for 2 tons and 3 tons, 2-inch break for 4 tons and 5 tons, but the difference is that the webbing requirements of the breaking strength of the metal handle and hooks for the 1.5 times; U.S. standard requirements are generally in lbs (lbs) for the unit, 2 inch break strength requirements are slightly lower than the European standard, 3300LBS, but not uniform, and occasionally there are other strength requirements; Australian standard break requirements are similar to the European standard;
