Operational preparation

Before using the chain hoist, you need to check whether the chain fall is in normal condition, including whether the hook, G80 alloy steel chain,handle and other parts are intact, and whether there is looseness or deformation. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the rated load of the chain block used meets the requirements of the required work.

How it works

• When using chain hoist, you need to pay attention to the following operating methods:

• Place the chain block hoist above the object that needs to be lifted, and hang the hook on the object.

• Hold the handle with one hand and hold the chain with the other, and slowly pull the handle so that the object gradually rises.

• When the object rises to the desired height, release the handle and fix the chain on the chain buckle.

• After moving the object to the desired position, put the object down in the same way.

Precautions

1.  The lifting capacity cannot exceed the lifting capacity specified by the hand chain hoist, and it cannot be used in the case of overload.

2.  When hoisting items, personnel other than the operator shall not approach the hoisting objects. It is forbidden to work or walk under heavy or heavy things.

3.  In the case of hoisting items, they must be tightly tied to make it secure. The hook and sling should be within the allowable load range.

4.  The frame of the suspended crane must be firm. Hooks, pins, chains, brakes and other components and devices must remain secure during chain block operation.

5.  The two chains must not be reversed or twisted. For example, it cannot be used when the chain is bent or twisted.

6.  Don't pull too high or too low.

7.  Do not stretch heavy objects horizontally.

8.  Please don't throw the gourd.

9.  If you find that the zipper on your hand is not moving, don't pull it hard, don't add more personnel, and stop using it immediately.

10.  2 or more cranes cannot be lifted at the same time.

11.  When placing items, they should be placed slowly and gently, and should not be dropped at will.
