The Polyester lifitng strap are made from 100% PES filament, which is classified as Grade AA polyester filament. So what are the grades of industrial filaments, and what are the specific standards and performance?
Grade B: belongs to the qualified products but does not guarantee the quality. Appearance looks small, the number of hair (more than 10) and more stiff silk, there is a certain amount of oil. Physical properties and coloring there are big problems, this grade should be carefully selected.
Grade A: Overall worse. There are more hairy threads than AA grade in appearance, and there may be 5-6 threads, which will produce broken threads, such as 6kg spindle weight, rolled to 3kg and then broken. So the head of A grade silk will be big and small, not full rolls of silk cake.
But the dyeing and AA grade polyester yarn is not much different, many manufacturers may be more defective fibers are also counted as A.
AA grade: the whole has a little defect, the appearance can be seen from the silk cake 1-2 hairs (very few), no stiff silk, oil, scuffing situation, dyeing physical properties have no problem, in line with the industry's superior (2A) standard, weaving production basically will not be a problem, can be dyed with conventional colors, the fall of the silk will not be cut off in the middle of the head. This is also a kind of advantage that the flexible sling can be wound without any pole, and there will be no joint of the whole silk.
Grade AAA: Appearance (stiff silk, hairy silk, scuffing, oil, etc.), physical properties (line density, strength, elongation, crimp shrinkage, etc.), dyeing performance and other indicators in line with the industry's highest 3A standards, can be dyed sensitive colors, and is full of rolls of silk cake, the fall of the silk will not be broken in the middle of the head. This polyester filament is the best of all grades, for industrial lifting lifting sling performance has excess, and the cost will be very high, so AA is more appropriate.
