How to use a pallet truck？

Loading

Push the Hydraulic hand pallet truck to the front of the goods and adjust the spacing of the forks according to the width and size of the goods so that the forks can carry the goods evenly. Generally speaking, the forks should be inserted into the center of the bottom of the goods as much as possible to ensure the balance and stability of the goods.

Hold the handle and gently press down the lever to lower the forks to a suitable height, then slowly insert the forks into the bottom of the cargo pallet. When inserting, be careful to avoid the fork colliding with the cargo or other objects, so as not to cause damage to the cargo or the vehicle.

After confirming that the forks have been firmly inserted into the bottom of the goods, repeatedly pull up the control lever, through the hydraulic system so that the forks gradually rise to lift the goods to a certain height from the ground (usually a few centimeters can be). During the lifting process, pay attention to the status of the cargo to ensure that the cargo rises smoothly without tilting or shaking.

Carrying

Hold the handle with both hands to maintain balance and stability. Then push the manual handling vehicle with appropriate force to make the vehicle advance along the predetermined channel. Be careful to control the speed during pushing to avoid driving too fast resulting in loss of control.

When it is necessary to turn, decelerate in advance and turn the handle slowly to make the vehicle turn in the desired direction. The turning radius should be appropriate, avoiding sharp turns so that the goods will not be deflected or fall due to inertia. At the same time, pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent the vehicle from colliding with other objects.

In the process of handling, always pay attention to the ground conditions, and when encountering potholes, slopes or uneven roads, slow down and pass with caution. In case of slopes, control the traveling speed of the vehicle reasonably according to the gradient of the slope and the weight of the goods.

Unloading

Gently press down the control lever to make the forks descend slowly and place the cargo smoothly in the designated position. After the goods touch the ground, continue to press down the control lever to make the forks descend completely until the forks are detached from the goods.

Hold the handle and pull the hand truck backward so that the forks exit from the bottom of the cargo.

Manual forklift truck refueling and maintenance

1. Refueling method

It is recommended to add hydraulic oil once in 6 months, you can use ISO VG32 model, the kinematic viscosity at the temperature of 40 degrees Celsius in 32cSt, the total amount of refueling is about 0.3L.

And the lubricating oil only needs to be added to the moving parts during the monthly maintenance, the bearings and other positions have been added when the Diniu forklift trucks are manufactured.

2.Refueling hole

The refueling hole of the forklift is usually located next to the hydraulic device, i.e. the screw hole at the back of the hydraulic position in the direction of using the handle, and unscrewing it is the refueling hole.

3. How to remove air

After refueling due to transportation or refueling pump inverted, air is easy to enter the hydraulic pump, easy to rise when the pressure handle, the fork will not rise failure. The solution is to trigger the third gear lever to the down position, repeatedly trigger the handle several times to eliminate air.

4. Overhaul

Daily maintenance process, should focus on checking the wheels and arbor, and timely removal of any winding or tied into the wheel surface of the foreign body, because the warehouse packaging fibers or all kinds of plastic and other baling twine is easy to roll to the forklift, affecting the use.
