Polyester Round Sling

Description

Polyester Round Lifting Slings are made of 100% high-strength polyester industrial filament (PES), the internal load-bearing core is wrapped in an infinitely variable manner to form a loop, and the external polyester is woven into a non-stressed belt skin to protect the load-bearing core. Particularly suitable for the lifting of circular objects, try not to choose angular heavy objects, if necessary, plus wear-resistant protective sleeve. With a unique label, well use the international standard color to distinguish the load tonnage, even if the sling is broken is easy to identify. Round slings is light weight, only 20% of its weight compared with lifting chain of the same load.

• Maximum load can be up to 3000 tons, effective length can be up to 100 meters, safety coefficients are generally 7:1 & 6:1

• Temperature range: -40℃-100℃.

Production process

1. Weaving belt leather: mainly rely on the weaving machine for computerized automatic weaving, manual checking for any problems.

2. Dyeing: polyester flexible sling is dyed in different colors according to the standard according to the load tonnage, and dried after dyeing.

3. Cutting: according to the user's order requirements, cut out different lengths.

4. Sewing (close channel, ring eye, long run, flower): the core will be loaded into the belt skin, this sewing step is mostly for flat slings, flexible sling main sewing position depends on whether there is a need for ring eyes.

5. Trimming burrs: for computerized sewing more than the threads and other trimming.

6. Finished product inspection: including the tension test of the sling, breaking load, etc., to check the data to reach the qualified standard.

7. Packing and warehousing: Heat-shrinkable packaging, followed by woven bags, cartons and other packaging methods.
