Electric Chain Hoist Power Trolley Installation Method

Usually installed on the crane, with the combination of traveling crane to achieve the horizontal direction of the mobile lifting operations.

First, the installation of electric hoist and traveling crane

1. The Trolley crane is divided into two sides, according to the structure of each part of the description of Figure 1, firstly, the suspension shaft is inserted into the G side plate, and then fixed with bolts and nuts.

2. Then install the suspension shaft with adjusting washer.

3. mount the suspension shaft on the extra-low bracket attached to the main body of the electric hoist (see electric hoist structure diagram: support bracket). Take care that the nameplates of the hoist and the trolley are in the same direction.

4. Fit more washers to the suspension shaft and insert the S side plate.

5. Fit the adjustment washers for external use, install the axial limit pins and insert the cotter pins on the axial limit pins (both on the suspension shaft). Install the axle limit pin so that the cotter pin is visible on the left side from the front of the trolley switch box.

Second, install the traveling crane to the I-beam

1. the way recommended by the electric chain hoist manufacturer: slide the trolley on the crossbeam track starting from the end of the steel beam track.

2. If you can not install it according to the above method, please refer to the following method:

• Remove the brake pins from the suspension shaft hole A, insert it into hole B and bend it sufficiently.

• Stretch the side plates S and G outward and lift the trolley until the track wheels are at the same level as the track surface, and place the track wheels of the   side plate G on the track.

• Push the side plate S firmly and place its track wheel on the track as well.

• Remove the brake pin from hole B and insert it back into hole A, taking care to bend the cotter pin.

After installation, it can not be used immediately, it is necessary to carry out a trial check, this step is to check whether the electric chain hoist has quality problems, whether it is installed correctly, and whether it can operate normally.

The test run steps are as follows:

1. first check whether the running ingle hase electric chain hoist is energized, and then operate the control handle for descending operation until the spring touches the limit switch of the limit, at which time the motor should stop automatically.

2. then press the up arrow to control the rise until the chain is all recovered in the chain bag, then the same buffer spring touches the limit switch and the motor stops working.

3. If there is an emergency stop button on the handle selection, try pressing the up or down button at the same time as pressing the emergency stop, so check whether the electric hoist hook stops working immediately. Then press the up and down is not moving, and then clockwise rotation of the emergency stop pops back to the original position, and again operation should be able to lift.

4. Then check the G80 alloy steel chain lubrication, chain purpose direction (i.e., chain ring welding point or chenli special li mark are in the same direction).

The above steps were to check the electric hoist crane lift, brake, limit, handle and chain function is normal. It is recommended to do a complete operation test under no-load condition, and then carry out light-load test hoisting before putting it into use.
