What are the rules for chain block?

Appearance check before use
Check the shell for cracks, deformation and damage, if these conditions exist, it may affect the structural strength and performance of the hoist, resulting in failure during operation.
Check the chain for distortion, deformation, wear, rust and cracks. Chain is the key component for carrying heavy loads, any damage may cause safety accidents. If the chain is worn beyond the specified range, its load carrying capacity will be reduced and it is prone to breakage.
Ensure that the hook has no deformation and cracks, and the wear of the dangerous section does not exceed the standard. The hook is directly connected to the heavy load, if there is any problem, it may cause the heavy load to fall off.
Check the brake surface for oil and wear, and the brake spring for deformation and breakage. The brake is an important part to ensure the safe braking of the hoist. If there is any problem, it may cause the heavy load to slide down.
Basic rules
Each product must be accompanied by product use and maintenance instructions, production license mark and product certification;
The product should have a clear and durable label;
It is strictly prohibited to overload lifting or slant lifting. It is strictly prohibited to lift heavy objects buried in the ground or condensed on the ground;
The suspension of the hand chain hoist support point must be firm and stable;
The safety factor of the wire ropes and hoist lifting chains used for hanging and tying should be not less than 4 times;
Is strictly prohibited to small hook back to the lifting chain lifting heavy objects;
Not allowed to throw the hand chain hoist;
The user shall not change the original design of the product;
Replacement parts must meet the original design requirements.
Rules of use
1. All parts must be intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling is normal;
2. not allowed to use the hook hook tip hanging heavy objects;
3. The lifting chain shall not be twisted or knotted, and the small hook assembly of double chain hand chain hoist shall not be overturned;
4. The hook should be on the plumb line of the center of gravity of the load to prevent the load from tilting or turning over.

Operation
1. operation should be the first test hoisting, when the weight off the ground, such as normal operation, reliable braking, before continuing to hoisting

2. the operator shall not stand on top of the weight when operating, and shall not lift the weight to stay in the air and leave the scene.
The operator shall not stand on top of the load during the operation, nor leave the load in the air after lifting it;
3. In the process of lifting, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to walk or stay under the heavy object;
4. shall not use non-manual driving mode lifting heavy objects. When it is found that it cannot be pulled, the tension shall not be increased, and it shall be stopped immediately.
Stop using. Check whether the heavy object is connected with other objects, whether the weight of the heavy object exceeds the rated lifting capacity, and whether the hoist parts are damaged.
Check that the hoist is not damaged;
5. Do not lift or lower the load beyond the specified lifting height to prevent damage to the machine parts;
